About me
I am Hashmat Habibzadah. I earned my HBA at Ivey Business School in 2016 and my MBA at INSEAD.
I spent several years in consulting at Accenture and Strategy&. My work there covered strategy, outsourcing and shared services.
Today I lead the post-acquisition integration of a multi-site transportation group in Ontario. The work spans governance, capital projects, vendors, IT, facilities and labour relations. In short, it is the daily work of making an acquired business run well.
I also take on select operating and integration mandates.
What I am looking for
One established business in the US or Canada, with:
- $1M to $4M in EBITDA
- Stable, recurring revenue
- A defensible position in its market
- Long-standing customer relationships
I am open on industry. What matters is a business that customers rely on and return to, in a market that is not going away.
What owners can expect
- I will run the business myself, full time.
- Your team stays, and so does the name.
- The handover is gradual and follows your timeline.
- You deal with one buyer, not a fund adding to a portfolio.
